Service Dog Application

If your application and documentation indicate that one of our dogs may be able to assist you, we will schedule a phone interview and consultation. This interview and consultation are crucial steps to ensure compatibility with our program. They provide an opportunity for us to ask further questions and ensure that you have realistic expectations regarding how a service dog can assist you.

During the consultation, we will discuss what a typical day with a service dog would entail. This includes detailing your daily routines and the specific tasks the service dog would need to be trained in to effectively assist you.
